We can all agree that drinking water is good for us. We all studied it when we are still a student. Even our parents or grandparents also told us how many of glasses we should drink a day. But not all of us drink a lot of water because of many reasons.

But whether we like it or not, water is very important in our daily lives and drinking a lot of water make us hydrated and also healthy.

Let me share to you some easy ways to drink more water:

  1. Establish a Routine

Most of us have the same a morning and bedtime routine we establish before that is why we are doing it all over again. That is why I encourage you to establish your daily routine with drinking your water. For example, have a glass of water as you wake up and when you’re getting ready for bed. Try drinking water at the same time in the same place every day to make it easier to squeeze into your daily activities.

2. Drink from Larger Containers

Carrying a larger container may incite you to drink more water, not to mention it makes it easier to achieve the recommended goal of 64 ounces or 8 glasses of water per day. I saw this water bottles with times to drink online and it will be a very big help to everyone.

To make sure that you will drink on time, set an alarm on your phone five minutes before you need to drink your water. It is easier to remember.
